Throughout his career as a playwright and actor, Frank has stepped into many roles offstage. Though a technician in his head, he is an actor’s-director in his heart, a supportive and dedicated teacher, and a skilled and conscientious editor.

Teaching
Frank has been a guest lecturer at New York University, Jacksonville State University, Clayton State College and University, and Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Available workshops include “Becoming Someone Else” for actors and “Let’s Get You Writing” tailored to writers who are facing a block, and the light atmosphere makes it welcoming to those just getting started…but serious about it.
He was also a long-term artist-in-residence with Stage Left Studio/Manhattan and The Visceral Company/Los Angeles.

Editing and Dramaturgy
Frank has edited ten volumes of short plays now in publication. He edited the science fiction novel The Slaves of Votarus and the compilation of Russian artist Tatyana Nazarenko’s book Family Portrait, for the AG Gertsman Gallery in New York.
He has assisted with editing, consulting and dramaturgy for several playwrights including Murray Scott Changar, Topher Cusumano and Cheryl King.
